    Overview:

    To review the individual transactions that make up the current balance of a nominal code in Zumzum Financials, start by locating the Nominal Account through the search function or from the Nominal Account Tab. Click on the Nominal Activity button to access the Nominal Activity Report, which displays the detailed transactions contributing to the nominal code’s balance. Adjust the report filters, such as Transaction Date, to tailor the view to your needs. You also have the option to copy and customise the report as required, ensuring to save any changes for future reference. This process allows you to gain detailed insights into the transactions that affect your financial reports.

    How Do I View The Individual Transactions That Makes Up the Current Balance Of A Nominal Code

    Once you have posted transactions in the Zumzum Financials, your Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance sheet reports will be updated from the transactions.  You may wish to review the individual transactions that are included in the balance of the nominal code on your reports.

    You may review individual balances of a Nominal Code by following these steps:

    1. Find the Nominal Account via search or from the Nominal Account Tab
    2. When viewing the nominal account find the Nominal Activity button
    3. Once you click the Nominal Activity button you will be viewing the Nominal Activity Report
    4. Edit and change the report filters (e.g. Transaction Date) to view the transactions that match your criteria
    5. Optionally, Make a copy of the report and customise as you wish, remember to save.
