Zumzum Financials Knowledge Base
Overview:
The Journal Lightning Record page is a template provided for you as the default lightning record page view for Journals in the Zumzum Financials Lightning App. This page is designed to provide a streamlined and efficient interface for managing journal entries within Salesforce. As a user, you will be able to make a clone of this Lightning record page, allowing you to customise it to better suit your organisation’s specific needs. Once cloned and customised, you can deploy these changes using your own change sets, ensuring that the tailored page is accessible to your users.
It is important to note that all Zumzum Lightning record pages are locked to prevent direct editing. This measure is in place to maintain the integrity and consistency of the default templates. However, this means that while you may appear to be editing the standard Zumzum Lightning record page, you are creating new copies of the page. This can lead to multiple versions of a Lightning record page within your Salesforce organization. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly check your Salesforce org to ensure there are no unintended duplicate record pages associated with your objects.
