Zumzum Financials Knowledge Base
Overview:
A ledger is a key accounting tool that records all financial transactions for a business, organising them into various accounts such as revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity. Each account within the ledger details individual transactions, tracking debits and credits along with their dates and amounts. Ledgers help monitor the running balance of each account and provide crucial data for financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements. They are essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transparency and integrity in financial reporting.
Zumzum Financials Standard Reports are conveniently stored in the Zumzum Financials report folder, which should be shared with users who need access to these reports. For a more tailored approach, you can create your own reports folder and develop customised reports and dashboards, starting from the standard reports and saving them as your own versions. This method facilitates easier sharing, deployment, and management of reports and dashboards with your users. To generate the Ledger Report, navigate to the Financial Reports section and select the Ledger option. The report will then run, and you can sort the records in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column titles for a more detailed analysis.
