    Overview:

    This feature is no longer supported. Instead, please use Salesforce Lightning Process Builder to build your sales invoice reminder process. To set up reminders in Zumzum, navigate to Setup and click on the Reminders box. In the top right corner, click New to create a new reminder. Select the Success Criteria as either Before or After Invoice date, and enter the number of days for which the reminder should be set, relative to the invoice due date. Optionally, tick the box to send a reminder on the invoice due date itself. Choose the appropriate Email Template for the reminder and specify the recipients by selecting the Organization-Wide Email Settings.

    1. Go to Setup(Zumzum).
    2. Click on the Reminders box.
    3. On the list few of Reminders in the top right click New.
    4. In the Success Criteria select either Before/After Invoice date.
    5. The enter the number of Days that the reminder is set for, either before or after the invoice due date depending on your choice in step 4.
      • Tick the 0 value would send it on the invoice due to date box if you would like a reminder on the day the invoice is due.
    6. Select which Email Template you wish to be sent out as a reminder.
    7. Choose who will receive the email by selecting the Organization-Wide Email Settings.
