Overview:

Setup company details and ensure that all transactional documents, such as sales invoices, contain accurate and consistent information, which is crucial for maintaining professionalism and compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, it streamlines your business operations by automatically populating these details in relevant documents, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

To set up your corporate company details in Salesforce, navigate to the Setup tab and select Company Setup. Click Edit to enter your company information, which will be used on transactional documents like sales invoices. You can update various details, including your company name, website address, company email address, entity type, company registration number, VAT number, and VAT method (choosing between Cash Accounting or Accrual method). This ensures that all your transactional documents reflect accurate and up-to-date company information.

Setup Company Details

1. Navigate to the Setup tab, 
2. select Company Setup
3. click  Edit to enter your company details that will be used on transactional documents like sales invoices. 

You can change

• Your Company Name
• Your Website Address
• Your company email address
• Your Entity Type 
• Your Company Registration Number
• Your VAT Number
• Your VAT Method – choose if you are using Cash Accounting or Accrual method
