    To resolve the “no rows for assignment” issue on the Financial Reports Tab, users can follow a straightforward solution. By sharing the Report Folder named Zumzum Financials with the affected user, permissions are granted to access the Standard Reports section without encountering the aforementioned error. To do this, users should navigate to the Reports section, select the “All Folders” view, locate “Zumzum Financials” in the list, access its drop-down menu, choose “Share,” add the user requiring access, and save the changes.     If you go to the Financial Reports Tab and select any of the reports under the Standard Reports section and get the error below but the reports under the Advanced Reports do work as expected.

    The reason for this error is that the user does not have access to the standard Salesforce reports folder containing the Zumzum Financials Standard reports.

    Solution

    The reports under the Standard Report section use Salesforce standard reports, this error usually occurs when the user trying to access them does not have permission. In order to solve this, you can share the Report Folder called Zumzum Financials with the user.

    Follow these steps to share the folder from an account that already has access:

    1. Go to the Quick Find bar and search and select Reports.
    2. Select the All Folders view.
    3. Search for Zumzum Financials. 
    4. On the right-hand side select the drop-down menu on the Zumzum Financials row.
    5. Click Share.
    6. Search and Add for the user who needs access.
    7. Click Save.
