The Stock Balance Report is a critical tool for inventory management, providing a detailed overview of current stock levels across all products. This report helps businesses track inventory, identify stock shortages or surpluses, and make informed decisions about ordering and production. By regularly reviewing the Stock Balance Report, companies can optimise their inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure they have the right products available to meet customer demand.

To generate a Stock Balance Report, navigate to the Financial Reports tab and select the Stock Balance icon. You will be presented with the Stock Balances, which you can run to view current stock levels. If you wish to modify the report output, please edit and save a copy of the report.
