    Document Template Solution

    1. Go to Salesforce>Setup
    2. Search for Salesforce Files in the ‘Quick Find’ box,
    3. then select General Settings.
    4. Disable “Files uploaded to the Attachments related list on records are uploaded as Salesforce Files, not as attachments
    5. Go to the Invoice Template and select “Attach File
    6. Select the image file you wish to upload and follow the onscreen instructions.
    7. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to re-enable “Files uploaded to the Attachments related list on records are uploaded as Salesforce Files, not as attachments”
